Green Plains E15 Registration Approved

Green Plains is pleased to announce that its application for registration of E15 required by the EPA has been approved. This registration acceptance follows the completion of a fuel survey funded by 99 ethanol producers, including Green Plains, that was required by a partial waiver granted by the EPA
The Clean Air Act and EPA regulations require that manufacturers of gasoline and diesel fuels and fuel additives produced and commercially distributed for use in highway motor vehicles must register their gasoline and diesel fuels and fuel additives with EPA.
